1. 開発者・運営者

madoromi は shimizu daisuke（個人開発）が開発・提供しています。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、下記「6. お問い合わせ」の窓口からお願いいたします。

2. 取得する情報

madoromi は、Apple の HealthKit を通じて以下の情報を読み取り専用で参照します。madoromi がこれらのデータを書き込む・変更することはありません。

睡眠データ（sleepAnalysis）
運動・活動データ（ワークアウト、消費カロリー、運動時間、安静時心拍数、心拍変動）※睡眠負債・AIの一言解説の文脈情報としてのみ使用

これらのデータは、スコアや傾向を計算するために端末内のメモリおよびアプリのローカルストレージ（SwiftData）にのみ保存されます。madoromi 独自のサーバーは存在せず、これらのデータが端末の外部（開発者を含む）に送信されることは一切ありません。

3. 通信について

madoromi は通信を必要とするバックエンドを持ちません。唯一の例外は、App Store の標準機能（レビュー依頼ダイアログ、App内課金の決済処理）で、これらは Apple のシステムが直接処理し、madoromi 自体がデータを送受信するものではありません。

4. オンデバイスAI（ひとこと解説）

対応端末では、Apple の Foundation Models（オンデバイスAI）を使用して、既に計算済みの数値を自然な一文に言い換える機能を提供します。この処理はすべて端末内で完結し、外部のAIサービスにデータが送信されることはありません。

5. アプリ内課金

10日間の無料トライアル後、¥500の買い切り購入で全機能を継続してご利用いただけます。決済は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理され、クレジットカード情報等の決済情報を madoromi や開発者が取得することはありません。トライアル期間の判定は端末内のみで行われ、アカウント登録・サーバーとの通信は発生しません。

In short: madoromi never sends your data anywhere. Your sleep data from Apple Health is read on-device only, and every calculation happens locally. No account is required, and the app contains no ads, trackers, or analytics SDKs.

madoromi is developed and published by shimizu daisuke (independent developer). For questions about this policy, please use the contact channel in section 6 below.

2. Information We Access

madoromi reads the following data from Apple HealthKit in read-only mode. madoromi never writes to or modifies HealthKit data.

Sleep data (sleepAnalysis)
Activity data (workouts, active energy, exercise time, resting heart rate, heart rate variability) — used only as contextual input for the sleep debt feature and AI narration

This data is used only to compute your score and trends, and is stored solely in the app's local storage (SwiftData) on your device. madoromi has no backend server, and this data is never transmitted outside your device, including to the developer.

3. Network Communication

madoromi has no backend that requires network access. The only exceptions are standard App Store system features (the review-request dialog and in-app purchase payment processing), which are handled directly by Apple's systems — madoromi itself does not send or receive data through them.

4. On-Device AI

On supported devices, madoromi uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to rephrase already-computed numbers into a short, natural sentence. This processing happens entirely on your device; no data is sent to any external AI service.

5. In-App Purchase

After a 10-day free trial, a one-time ¥500 purchase unlocks the app permanently. Payment is processed through Apple's StoreKit — madoromi and its developer never receive your credit card or payment details. The trial period is tracked entirely on-device, with no account or server involved.
